    How will my medication be dispatched?


    You medication will be dispatched discreetly by a pharmacy, and may need to sign for receipt, although this may vary. It will be sent in neutral packaging, without pharmacy logos, to ensure total discretion

    When can I expect my delivery?


    You will receive your purchase within 21 days, although the majority of orders are typically delivered within 4-7 days.

    Tracktrace


    You will receive a tracking number for every one of your purchases with us. Using this tracking number you can follow the progress of your shipment with the postal system that it has been dispatched with.

    What happens to my delivery if it arrives when I’m not at home?


    Your package is usually delivered by a parcel service. If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the driver will leave a card in your letterbox. Often the package is simply delivered again the next day, and if you are not at home, the driver will leave another card in your letterbox. This card will have a contact telephone number for your parcel service, who will keep the parcel at a post office near your home address for 2 weeks.

    When can I still cancel my order?


    You can still cancel your order when it has not yet been sshipped. Please use the contact page to contact the customer services department if you have questions about cancelling your order.

    What should I do when tracktrace indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received it?


    If your package has not been delivered, check whether the carrier, e.g. USPS, FedEx, TNT, etc, has left a card in your letterbox. If your package has not been delivered, but the carrier, e.g. FedEx, TNT, etc, claims they have handed it to you, you report this to the police. If this happens, please contact us, so we can provide you with more information.

    What are the payment methods available?


    You can pay by credit card; Visa and MasterCard. If you pay by credit card, your payment is made immediately.

    How do I know that the medication is real?

    What is your policy on return procedures?


    Government regulations do not allow the us to accept returned medication after they have left the pharmacy. This concerns medication for which the pharmacy wants to guarantee the highest pharmaceutical quality. This is the only manner in which we can guarantee that you receive a high-quality product. If you return something to us, we are unable to check whether the supplied product was treated in accordance with the quality requirements. You may return medication for it to be destroyed, but you will not receive your money back. You will only be reimbursed when EuroDrugmart.com has made a mistake.

    Will my health insurance policy pay for the medication?


    As we supply many patients all over the world, we do not declare directly to the insurance companies but to the user.

    Do you accept orders by phone?


    No, you need to complete the medical questionnaire. This is compulsory and for your own safety. You also need to agree to the standard terms and conditions and the waiver before your request will be processed.

    Are your prices in US Dollars or EURO?

    Do you ship internationally?


    Eurodrugmart.com ships worldwide. Feel free to order with us regardless of your location and requirements. The only thing that may differ for those clients based in Asia and Africa is a slightly increased shipping time.

    How much do you charge for shipping?


    All orders have a shipping fee of $10.99USD.

    If my spouse and I order, do I have to pay the shipping charge twice?


    No, All family members living in the same household can get their medications delivered for one shipping charge.

    Do you offer Doctors Prescriptions?


    We do not issue doctors prescriptions. However, we offer the service to give your file to a contracted doctor who will review it and based on his discretion issue you a prescription for your order.

    What are generic drugs?
